Licensing Rules – Gemini Twin Designs

By purchasing and/or using any designs from Gemini Twin Designs, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Image Sharing

Designs may not be shared in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, digital file sharing, uploading to group platforms, or distribution via email, message, or third-party websites.

2. Mandatory Watermarking

All designs must remain watermarked when displayed in:

• Gang Sheet Builders
• Your Website
• Any Social Media Platforms

This protects the artwork from unauthorized use.

3. Licensing Rights

Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the artwork. Instead, it grants you the non-exclusive right to:

• Print and sell transfers (DTF, HTV, sublimation, etc.)
• Create and sell ready-made physical products using the licensed design

You may not claim the artwork as your own or use it as a logo or trademark.

4. No Redistribution of Artwork Files

The digital artwork may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any way. This includes private groups, social media, email, or resale platforms. Each user must purchase their own license.

5. License Requirement

A valid license is required to:

• Print any Gemini Twin Designs artwork and sell a non finished product/ transfer
• Licenses are non-transferable and apply only to the purchaser.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Gemini Twin Designs is not liable for any legal issues, damages, claims, or other repercussions resulting from your reproduction, distribution, or misuse of any design. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the artwork complies with all local, state, and federal laws, including copyright and trademark regulations.
